Search for what? Cube by name? something inside the modeling of the cube?

I would search for what dimensions or measures are availabe in a certain cube.  Like Grade, or Course, or Student Level, etc.  Of course you can search for it visually once you open the cube, but maybe they are asking for a way to search the cube without opening it?  Jamie

Kelly Scott The cost of opening up every cube definition and finding something inside it is prohibitive in real world scenarios. Its why we don't do it.

      Today you can:

      • You can search for a cube by name in the Discover start screens.
      • You can search for hierarchies, measures and members within Discover itself.
      • Search across the entire repository for content items that have been created by name, description, tag, model, creator and type from the content manager. (And Discover tags are auto-generated with the reports model/cube selections). This also includes conversations.

Other than that, I'm not sure we can add any more search options, without scanning every database and model you have access to and finding things inside it  - which is not feasible without it taking a really long time to complete.
