Removing extra whitespace on Storyboard

When I add a report to a storyboard and try to shrink the panel smaller, I get '0.0 Measure' and my report doesn't display.  How can I remove the extra whitespace?  One of my reports is only taking up half of the vertical space in the panel.

    When a report in a presentation is shrank, under a certain size it collapses to a card, displaying a summary of the selected measure.
    "0.0 measure" displayed at design time, while in run time a summary of each measure should appear.
    To stop the auto collapse, right-click the grid and turn off the 'Miniature' option.
