I was going through a video tutorial on adding action tooltips to a discovery. In the video the user can select a Tooltip in the Action To Do section of the Action Panel (1st screenshot). However, in my environment this option is not available to select (2nd screenshot). How do I reconfigure my environment so that I can implement this feature?

 

If the video is outdated, then how do I add in a similar feature? The feature I am looking to add in is to be able to hover over a specific piece of a discovery in a presentation and have a separate discovery pop-up just like in the video.
