can pyramid model maintain timestamps with microsecond precision?
i want to down sample a vertica source table via pyramid model "query" to a vertica target table but my microsecond precision timestamps are getting chopped to precision in seconds.
i do not need time intelligence applied.

Did you create an ETL with a Vertica source and Vertica target?
Or is this Direct Query?

The former. There is associated down sampling to have the resulting dataset most responsive.
I converted the time stamp to a formatted string, but that feels like a hack and requires converting back to timestamp when querying.
