This is the subject line of an email. You cannot format the subject lines of emails - because the email client would need to show it and most (if any) don't.

It sounds like your customer is ignorant of most email solutions. Perhaps GMAIL in a browser allows it. Outlook doesn't, and I'm sure most phone email systems won't support it. The closest you might get is to inject images into the subject line - something akin to spam emails we all get.

If you have alternate indications, I suggest you put a link to such specifications in the thread, so we can all see how formatted subject lines in an email are supported and handled.

    Hi Aaron,
am not 100% sure if this will help you to solve the 'make my E-Mail Header Bold' - topic as it seems not to be influenced by Pyramid but the receiving eMail Client. But there is a way to build E-Mail Templates that are HTML based. Find more about this in this Tip&Trick: https://community.pyramidanalytics.com/t/83y3v77/how-to-build-a-customized-e-mail-template and on our Help Pages. (Linked in the Article)

    Hi

From the other messages here it seems like there isn't a way to achieve a bold text in an email subject.

Just think about it - a bold email subjects is already used to indicate an unread message - so you'd have a message that is "never read". it's a bad idea.

May I suggest taking a different approach?

I presume the point of using a bold subject is to draw the attention of the receiver to an action item stemming from the subscription (so I would imagine it's a subscription with a condition that is only distributed when it requires immediate attention).

Well, you can achieve the same when using special characters, such as ‼️⚠️,📢 ,🚩, and you can find others online.

I have just tested it to make sure these symbols are sent properly and from what I see they do.

I know it's not exactly what you want but it can give you the same effect.

    regards,
