Default panel settings

Hi, 

Is it possible to amend the default panel settings for a discover in present?  Under themes in admin content there are a lot of configurable formatting options, but I can't see one which allows you to configure the default panel settings.

    Hey 

    Currently this option is not available under themes in the admin console.  However the only options available that affect panels are Panel Header and Panel Breadcrumb.
