Date Parameter Slicer Issues

I’m new to Pyramid 2020, coming into it from BI Office and struggling to create parameters for date selection.  In most of our BI Office reports we created an Advanced Data Set from a Date Hierarchy of Year/Quarter/Month, basing the set on the Year level, and filtering the set to the last 2 years.  We then created a parameter off of the ADS and placed it on the reports.  I have been able to duplicate this in Pyramid 2020 but find that drilldown is not working when I try to drill to lower levels in the hierarchy.

This morning I tried a different approach following the Help to create date range parameters.  I created a list that filtered to the 24 months, used that list to create the two text parameters for the Start and End dates, and then created the Range List using the 2 parameters.  When I select the range list to be included in the query I end up with 3 parameter slicers; the Start and End date, as expected and then another based on the same attribute.  The range that I select becomes irrelevant because the report is actually being filtered by the 3rd slicer.

Assistance on either or both of these issues would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jon,

Apologies that this has gone unanswered for so long.

Is this still relevant or have you resolved your issues?

    Thanks,

    Ian
