User Wise Measure Format Setting
We are getting the different format of same measure for different users.
For example - User 1 is having formatting to have absolute value for one measure ‘Policy Count’.
But when another user is opening the same report then this measure is showing with decimal points.
Our expectation is, when formatting is set for any measure then it should be symmetric for all the users and should not vary/change according to user.

Measure formats are generally set globally in the model (or cube) for everyone. If you are getting differences then it may be a user format customization overriding the original model formats. Make sure this is not the case.
