When more than one attributes are required on the same axis

for example if we have to show Country wise, year wise Premium then in PA 2018 it is showing as, where ‘United Kingdom’ is mentioned in between of 2018 and 2019 which shows that ‘United kingdom’ premium is available for 2018 and 2019 both.

But we want to display this information as ‘United Kingdom\2018’ and ‘United Kingdom\2019’ like it worked in earlier versions .

Please confirm whether this is achievable and how?
