Configuration of Tooltips Over Grid Columns

Hello.  For some grid reports, we are using data model column descriptions to define data;  Mousing over the column name in the Discover brings up the tool tip, showing the definition, but also the column name itself and the data model location.

 

A couple of questions - is there a way to configure the tool tip so that the column name and column location are omitted?

Secondly, how can we increase the tool tip's font size? 

I've looked through the help and Pyramid itself to no avail.
