Can Pyramid style the color of the text in the tab menu for accessing slides?

Hi, 
Wondering if anyone was able to change the color of the text in the tab menu? If I were to remove the background color of the tabs, I only get black as the text color. If I want them to be green or blue?

    Go into master pages. Click on the tabs navigation object. In the ribbon you'll see the tab settings. From here you can change these elements.
