there are two ways (that I can currently think of) to share the Dashboard with other users.

For both of these options the end user needs to have at least a Viewer User Profile.

You could save it in the folder workgroup or public content depending on who should be able to see it.

The other option is to share the Dasboard as a link with the user.

Another way to create the link is in the view modus of a present item. If you click the three lines on the left hand site, the presentation menu opens.
