Values appearing as -0 for one user, when they should be %

I'm stumped by this display issue one of our users has, and I hope someone can point me in the right direction for how it can be solved. In every discover (or in present where a discovery is being displayed) where we have a % change calculation, other users see the % change and he only sees -0.

We tried different browsers (as well as private/incognito to rule out cache/cookie factors, which usually works pretty well when just one user has an issue getting something to display correctly), looked at user defaults, etc, and nothing so far helps. I reviewed error logs, etc, but don't see anything consistent there, either (though I am not an expert at understanding those logs re: java exceptions etc).

All the users we looked at for comparison have the same access and license type as this user. Suggestions for steps to take that I might have missed are appreciated!

Had he set his own measure properties to override the stand settings?  They include numeric formats.

Check the Execution order for the calculation. Set it to some arbitrary value, if it isn't set or increase its value if it is. This forces one calculated member to be evaluated after another. So, for example, a calculated member or measure with an execution order of 5 will be evaluated after one with an execution order of 3. This is particularly important where you have calculated measures based on other calculated measures.

Unexpected formatting of calculated measures I have found is often caused because of lack of clarity in the order  in which calculations are performed.

    Hope that helps.
