How to define a Design Theme for grids with a single-color background?

I'm afraid this is almost becoming a feature request, but maybe I've overlooked something...

I would like to define a Design Theme that provides a completely single-color background for grids, e.g. so that both the rows and the data area have a white background.

To achieve this, I would have to set the "Report Colour #1", Report Colour #2" etc. all to white. But then, for example, the bars or lines of my charts would also be white, as these are coloured with the Report Colors by default.

It should therefore be possible to define a separate background colour for ‘Row’ (and ‘Row Header’ and ‘Column’ and ‘Column Header’) - just as is already provided for ‘Data’!

Or have I overlooked this possibility?

THANK YOU for helping me out!
Michael

I may have misunderstood your question but did you take a look at Grid Quick Styles options. There is a style option for "no background". Many thanks to & for pointing out the Grid Designs. They provide a possibilty to achieve the desired result with a single-color grid background. And thanks to @Ian Macdonald for creating the Design Theme which does the trick, too...

...but which exactly has the drawback I mentioned in my initial question:

     said:

I would like to have a Design Theme which provides by default - without extra formatting or assigning a Grid Design - a single-color background for grids and at the same time charts with colored bars or lines. I am quite sure that this can be achieved by having the possibiliy to define separate backgrounds color for rows, row headers, columns and column headers.

Thanks for the discussion, see you in the Product Ideas area!
