Report shows unwanted data after user adds new Dimension in Analyze Further

Hi All,

one of our Users, modified a report in Analyze Further to include the Group Name Dimension in the report. The problem is now that for each group it shows all agents, including agents that are do not belong to that group.

We only want to show agents that below to that group. Please advise, what we can do filter out the unwanted Data if someone adds a dimension.

    Hi Moshe,

    Some of your measures appear to have data for all these agents, which is why they appear in the grid.

    Can you explain what these calculations do?

    There is no calculation. Just groups & Agents that belong to that groups. Where do you see calculation ?

      In your example, The measure called "NACD Incoming calls all groups" and the following measure, both have data for all the rows. I assume this is why you see agents you don't wish to see.
