Is there a way to list all assets in the repository with the folder they are in?

Hello,

I have created a listing off all assets in our repository by creating a data model on top of the repository and then creating a Discovery.  See screen shot below.  I am able to list the assets, but I'm not able to identify the folder that they are located in.  Do you know what table and joins are needed to accomplish this?
