Pyramid Learning Hub Help

My colleague sent an email to learninghub@pyramidanalytics.com on Monday and then on Tuesday after recieving no response, he created a support ticket only to be told

"Our technical support team primarily handles bugs and issues related to the Pyramid application. 
Since your inquiry concerns the Learning Hub, we recommend contacting the LMS team at learninghub@pyramidanalytics.com for assistance.

In the meantime, we will proceed with closing this support case. 
However, if you do not receive a response from the LMS team or need further assistance, please feel free to reopen the case.

 

It's Wednesday and he still hasnt been helped, what is the process to receive help?

     , last week, I received help with a nearly identical issue after I contacted our community manager, , here in the community via direct message.
