How to disable slicer drop Down option in presentation
I have created a presentation in pyramid and want to show preselected value in slicer. So that user can't change value from slicer drop down

Err, if you don't want the user to change the slicer value, why have the slicer at all?
In your underlying Discover, select the single member from the dimension you want to slice by to set it as a background filter. Save the Discover, then put it on your Present slide without the slicer.
Job done.

Hi ,
In the image below there is an example of selecting a single year, "2015", as a background slicer.
This is available after you right-click on the Year dimension and select only one element.
After saving the discovery & adding it to the Presentation, you can show / hide this filter value by going to the Formatting panel and enable "Subtitle"
