Pyramid South Africa User Group - 14th October 2025
Last week, we hosted the Pyramid South Africa User Group in Cape Town! It was an incredible turnout, with great discussions and inspiring presentations from leaders in the retail industry who showcased how they’re leveraging Pyramid to drive real-time, data-driven decision-making.
Highlights included:
- A presentation on the award-winning Use Case leveraging the Pyramid Mobile App, to deliver real-time promotion analytics directly to stores.
- A compelling session on the lessons learned from rolling out Pyramid, sharing how one organisation has accelerated fact-based decision-making and built a stronger data culture across their division.
- An insightful demonstration on how Pyramid is being utilised as a retail supplier portal, enabling users to understand in-store and online campaign performance and measure promotional effectiveness.
- A discussion on the key considerations when using Pyramids semantic layer and chatbot capabilities.
