Database Training Model Error

I was trying to use the training dataset to teach someone how to use the platform. But when I  right -click to view elements, there is nothing in the element section.

 

I am not sure if my in-house Data base connection is the problem?

    Hi David,

    It looks like there is something wrong with your installation / configuration.

    I suggest you open a ticket with our support team who are better placed to help you trouble shoot your issues than this forum.
