A Full Admin user cannot login to the BI Office admin
After entering the username and password and clicking “login” the page just re-loads to the login page (with the username and password field empty).
1) If the username is saved by the browser, delete it by highlighting the username and pressing the delete key on the keyboard.
If this does not work, try clearing the cache and choosing “passwords”
2) If the above does not help, try restarting all BI Office application services.
