With Inline Email Publication, you now have the option to create publications that deliver content directly within the body of an email (“inline”), instead of only as attached reports or documents. The setup process is similar to creating a document publication but has been streamlined and optimized for quick, clean email delivery.

The inline email template is a single-page grid layout, giving you the flexibility to add dynamic text, placeholders, and visuals. You can arrange these elements using the grid, making it easy to design clear and impactful email communications with more direct access to analytics as part of the email rather than an attachment.

Governed Sharing allows users to share Pyramid artifacts, discoveries, and presentations with others, while remaining fully managed and controlled by administrators. Content can be shared either as email attachments or as secure, “live” links hosted within Pyramid itself. This flexible approach supports a range of scenarios—from simple email sharing for non-sensitive content, to highly controlled access for sensitive information using identity-based security. Administrators can authorize, manage, or revoke access to shared artifacts, ensuring that information and insights are disseminated in a secure, governed, and efficient way.
